Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PM Cram mobile application (the “App”), published by Forge-Deck (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial study use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. The one-time purchase

The App includes a free starter set of content. It also offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full study library and syncing of updates. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the price shown for your region at the time of purchase.
• The unlock is tied to your store account and can be restored on your other devices signed in to that same account using the “Restore purchase” option.

3. Payments

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not process payments or handle billing directly. Any refunds are managed solely by those stores in accordance with their own policies and your applicable statutory rights.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to: copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense the App or its content; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except where permitted by law; remove proprietary notices; or use the App in any unlawful way.

5. Study content — no guarantee

The App is an independent revision and study aid. While we work to keep the content accurate and aligned with current exam guidance, we make no guarantee that using the App will result in passing any examination, and the content is provided for study purposes only, not as professional, legal, or certification advice. Exam formats, content outlines and standards may change; always refer to official sources for authoritative requirements.

6. Not affiliated with PMI

PM Cram is not affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI). “PMP”, “PMI”, and “PMBOK” are marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. All such marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-party stores and services

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from. For Apple devices, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent these Terms do not otherwise specify: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content, and are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
